Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to become an Operations Assistant. Being a key member of the team, you will be supporting Management and be responsible for the day to day running of the office.

What we expect from you

• Undertake the activities and tasks assigned within the Operations Department
• Liaising with suppliers
• Being involved in continuous improvement activities
• Good telephone manner
• Attention to detail
• Managing our time sheet system
• Support the Business & Strategy team with note taking
• Must think independently and take ownership for the resolution of any potential issues
• Support with management of the office, including support for when client meetings are happening within the office ordering food and beverages
