Customer Success Manager

We are looking to add to our small team of awesome MegaMarketers to help grow and develop our marketing agency into something even greater.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Stay in touch with our customers via phone, email, WhatsApp and carrier pigeon.
  • Set up and run customer kick-off calls, capturing all their requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure our customers are informed and happy, and that their marketing campaign and project work remains on track.
  • Decipher internal jargon into customer oriented, easy-to-understand language.
  • Translate customer requirements into easy to understand briefs for the team to pick up and action.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries.
  • Deliver a great onboarding experience.
  • Report on your activities and success.

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated team player, with the ability to think on their feet (or chair, you can be sat down and think too!)? Can you establish and maintain relationships with customers? If you’re someone who is dedicated and passionate about what they do, then this role is for you.

The talent that we are looking for

  • An organised ninja.
  • Ability to work to your own initiative.
  • Marketing experience from previous roles at any level.
  • Self-motivated (This is a work from home role, so is really something important to consider).
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace (or Microsoft applications).
  • Experience using CRM systems (we have an own CRM solution).
  • Experience using project management tools (we use ClickUp).
  • Ability to relate to a wide range of people and personalities.
  • Care for your customers.

What do you get

  • A basic salary of £27,000 to £32,000 per year.
  • Possibility of an additional bonus depending on company performance.
