Working as part of our global Key Customer Management team, you’ll drive Business Assurance UK’s growth aspirations within large contracts. With a blend of strategic sales, bid management and account management, this senior sales role is equally diverse as it is dynamic.

Key Responsibilities
The following are aspects of the role, which will flex depending on the market landscape:
  • Manage detailed bids and tenders
  • Calculation and preparation of complex quotes
  • Proactive targeting of prospects, with a focus on self-generated opportunities
  • Conduct high level review meetings and drive strategic agenda
  • Overall responsible for the relationship and cooperation with selected Key Customers
  • Proactively “farm” our existing customers by growing relations and manage customer satisfaction
  • Managing data in our CRM system
The right candidate will have the perfect balance between a commercial mindset, a customer focused approached and a good technical understanding of complex business environments.
Position Qualifications:
Your Experience
Ideally you will have either a proven track record in a similar Certification/ TIC role with sales and/ or bid management. A technical background is useful, with a strong commercial mindset that supports a more technical or solution driven sales approach.

Your Personal skills
We are looking primarily for a real customer focused person who has a personal drive for sales, is outgoing and proactive. You can work independently and with members of the wider Business Assurance team. You must have positive and constructive attitude. Other required personal skills include:
  • Results-oriented and focused on achieving your goals - as well as your team’s goal
  • Can work in a structured manner across your customers and sales activities
  • Can work under pressure and can handle challenges in cooperation with others
  • Works in accordance with DNV values
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
