Join a dedicated team of program delivery and engagement experts in the Enterprise Experience & Digital Futures branch, Office of the Corporate Chief Information Officer (OCCIO) who strive to create the conditions for a more informed, engaged and values-driven culture in GovTechON.
They are currently hiring for 2 (two) Manager, Program Development positions. The successful candidates will be part of one of the following two portfolios working across GovTechON, industry partners and academia:
1) Learning & Culture: Positioning GovTechON as a talent leader/employee of choice |Optimizing, engagement and learning and development strategies | Championing diversity, equity and inclusion in support of the OPS People Plan.
2) Technology & Society: Driving the brand and value proposition of GovTechON through governance, internal and external partnerships and committees, and executive communications.
Your success will be in creating the conditions for an aligned, informed, engaged, and value-driven culture in GovTechON, leading a team of program delivery and planning experts dedicated to that shared vision.

What can I expect to do in this role?
Reporting directly to the Director, IT Enterprise Experience & Digital Futures, the Manager, Program Development, will:- Empower your team to grow and develop to their full potential, fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and excellence.
- Leverage your program leadership and strategic influencing skills to strengthen the capacity within your team, your division, across GovTechON.
- Ensure that your team has the necessary support, tools, and information they need to deliver on their priorities.
- Lead the planning, production, and execution of internal and external engagements for GovTechON.
- Continually iterate and improve ongoing programs through establishing key metrics and collecting and analyzing the data for insights.
- Provide a holistic view of GovTechON programs, events and learning and development initiatives, growing an employee engagement community of practice to ensure a cohesive approach to employee experience across the organization based on strategic direction set by CCIO.

Knowledge & Technical Skills:
- You have, or will develop, a deep understanding of the employee experience needs of GovTechON to develop programs and events that meet those needs.
- You are up to date with the latest employee engagement and learning and development trends within the OPS and beyond.
Analytical and Project Management Skills:
- You have well-honed planning, analytical and program development skills to implement programs, lead evaluation, assess impacts and identify service delivery issues.
- You have exceptional project management skills to effectively manage and deliver ongoing program delivery and program enhancement projects as well as issues management.
- You have strategic foresight to anticipate and recognize emerging trends and issues and develop options, solutions, and recommendations to decision- makers.
