Job Description
Every Cylinder is working in partnership with a Midlands-based IT Managed Service Provider who is recruiting a Customer Success Executive to join their Service Delivery Team. Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, the Customer Success Executive will formulate positive relationships with clients, drive retention across accounts and create exceptional outcomes for clients.
You will be responsible for managing existing relationships with key decision makers, understanding the needs of clients and how best the business can serve customer requirements via technical products and solutions. You will be an excellent communicator focused on delivering outstanding customer service and ideally has experience in the IT or telecommunication industry.
Responsibilities
· Build lasting positive relationships with key decision-makers to ensure the company is delivering on its service level agreements and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction through implementing technology and managed service.
· Conduct consistent client engagement including quarterly account reviews and regular meetings/calls with stakeholders.
· Champion client retention, understand customer requirements and ensure the best possible service is delivered.
· Respond effectively to client feedback and develop strategic plans to increase client satisfaction levels.
· Work collaboratively across all business areas, gaining advice from product experts to expand your knowledge of products and solutions.
Required Experience
· A minimum of two years experience in either a customer success or account management position
· Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key-decision makers
· You will have a passion for strong customer focus and be a quick learner who can adapt to new technologies.
· You will be a confident and influential communicator with a well-presented, positive, proactive, and professional approach.
· You will be able to establish and earn trust from your customers, demonstrating concern for the success of their business and actively listening to identify customer needs and propose solutions to benefit the customer.
· You will have effective time management, organisation and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple requests, orders, appointments and projects.
· You will have a full, clean, UK driving license with the ability to travel and the flexibility to attend appointments and meetings outside of regular working hours as and when required, including occasional overnight stays where necessary.
· You will have relevant experience in the IT or telecommunications industry and be confident using CRM systems.
