The Localization Account Manager is charged with acquiring and consolidating information relevant to each localization project, passing the information on to operational areas in a concise and structured way and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will enjoy working with operational heads, localization vendors, and other internal stakeholders to explore and ensure workflow efficiencies in the fast-moving world of post-production and media distribution.
What will your job look like?
- Providing technical and process oversight for the creation of localized assets including subtitles, closed captions, audio dubs, and metadata
- Leverage knowledge of OTT platform asset specifications / style guides to ensure localized assets meet quality requirements
- Develop, collaborate and execute projects within teams across the organization
- Own and develop the relationship with our localization vendors and partners
- Work collaboratively with clients to ensure the smooth running of projects
- Work with other members of the client services team and operations to ensure that deadlines are met
- Liaise with cross functional teams regularly to track any orders on hold and maintain status of those orders where elements have been received
- Gather and assimilate client information, QC reports, and other technical data
- Provide quotes and ensuring that purchase orders are obtained in a timely fashion
- Create and maintain multiple client orders
- Book and track projects using various booking systems
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate end-to-end workflows for client projects
- Always look to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness via client feedback and KPIs
- Ensuring POs are gathered in a timely fashion to ensure stable cash flow
All you need is...
- 2+ years industry related experience
- 2+ years customer management
- Effective problem solver able to assess and adapt to changing priorities and strategies
- A thorough knowledge of film, video and file elements, workflows and technologies
- Ability to work without supervision and handle heavy workload
- Ability to find solutions to complex problems
