A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Team Leader to support our Customer Services Manager in developing and monitoring the team’s performance to ensure we meet and aim to exceed key performance indicator (KPI) targets and customer expectations.

In this hands-on role you will coach and supervise a team to deliver day to day operational requirements. Activities include; ensuring team members deal with a range of diverse customers in an effective manner, encouraging solution-focused responses, proactively planning, directing and monitoring team resources, being responsible for gathering information required for performance assessments in relation to service standards and supporting the team with complex queries.

To succeed you’ll have experience of coaching and developing colleagues in a call/contact centre or Customer Services Team. You will have excellent interpersonal, planning and problem solving skills and be confident in being the first point of contact in dealing with people management issues.
