The Roles
Key selection criteria is detailed below and we will be hosting an event in Hull to provide more information as we have a couple of roles available.
Applicants should be well-presented with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and are entirely comfortable on the telephone, in both customer service and sales situations and can work as part of a team or individually, then you are the person we are looking for.
We are looking to fill a number of permanent, full-time roles, with the opportunity to earn up to £40,000, with an excellent basic wage.
Experience in the automotive sector is not essential, as all training is provided to support your success in the role. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential as all roles require use of the telephone. Previous customer service telephone experience would be beneficial. We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude and passion, keen to deliver against objectives and a willingness to be flexible. In return, you will be well-rewarded.
You must have a minimum 1-2 years’ customer service (or similar) experience. Successful applicants must be available to attend on Thursday 16th March, based at an offsite location at The Village Hotel in Hull.
