Job description
The Home 1st Reablement Team are based at Bletchley Community Hospital and support adults who are discharged from hospital or need some short term support to regain their independence. The team work closely with social workers and health partners in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. We are looking for a Business Support Assistant to join the team and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the service.
Role Responsibilities- To respond to enquiries from the public, internal colleagues and partners.
- Undertaking administrative tasks, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and within the agreed timescales.
- Data inputting and extracting data for reports from Excel and Word documents.
- To complete financial transactions in line with systems and processes.
- Will have a minimum of 1 years’ business support experience in a fast paced and complex environment or a level 3 Business Administration qualification.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Will have good IT skills with experience of using Excel, Word and Powerpoint, as well as the ability to learn new systems.
- Will be passionate about wanting to support others and work as part of a team.
