As our business continues to grow, it’s increasingly important that our HR team does too. We are looking for two HR Administrators to join our UKI HR Team. This is an integral 360 role, providing efficient and high-level support in the administration of the day-to-day operations. This is a fast-paced role where you will need to use your initiative, think on your feet and push things forward.

This role is offered with hybrid working. You will need to have a presence of 2 days per week in our Head Office, which is based on the Olympic Park in Stratford, London with the rest of your time working remotely.
What You'll Do:
· Be the first point of contact within the HR team, responding to HR and Payroll queries and providing guidance to employees
· Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and probation, to job changes, internal moves and terminations.
- Be an ambassador for our HCM system, Workday. Ensuring it is up to date and employee information is captured accurately
- Assist with all HR reporting and metrics data, ability to run ad-hoc reporting requests and maintain spreadsheets
· Bring new ideas to the table to evolve our processes, introducing automation, gain buy-in and create alignment to bring them to fruition and execute against them
- Support various projects and programmes: learning & development, appraisals, company benefits etc
- Understand, update, and communicate company policies and procedures
- Assist with note taking and producing minutes of meetings
- Keep up to date with latest HR trends and best practice
Who You Are:
- HR Administration experience in a fast paced environment
- Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- Working knowledge of HR practices
- Outstanding organisational, time management and decision-making skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are key in this role, you need to be on top of your game!
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Technology savvy and process driven with a keen interest in automation
- High level of resourcefulness and strong team player
- Ability to multi-task is essential, with a keen sense of priorities and sense of urgency

Salary: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
