Cloudy2Clear was established in 2005 in order to fill a void that existed in the marketplace for a company that focused exclusively on replacing steamed up double glazing; just the glass. This concept proved so successful; we now offer the service throughout the whole of the UK.
We operate in one of the most competitive markets in the country. To combat this, we have developed a service that enables our customers to make huge savings by only replacing the glass… not the uPVC, wood, or aluminium frames.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time, Customer Services Assistant working remotely from home ideally in the Walsall/Cannock area or nearby. The role requires someone who wants an exciting challenge and to grow the business with us. You will be engaging with customers to book appointments for quotations and fittings, as well as providing occasional admin support to the Operations Manager when required.
Hours of work are 10 – 16.30, inclusive of a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

To be considered for the role, you must have:
- Demonstrable experience in administration
- The ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A strong work ethic – you are reliable, organised, punctual and presentable
- Initiative to improve processes and efficiencies
- The ability to work independently
- Competent in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £18,000.00 per year
