Job description
Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Sales Assistant / Order Processor to join our Sales Team.
The ideal candidate will be joining a small team, helping with processing orders, typing quotes, checking stock and answering phone enquires.
The role will be responsible for a number of tasks in the office including but not limited to the following:
- Processing orders / checking existing orders
- Answering customer enquiries via phone / email
- Checking stock with supplies / stores
- Typing quotes
Requirements
- Can handle a busy workplace environment
- Basic Math / English
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain
- Communicate and cooperate with Management and co-workers
- Flexible to help in other departments if required (Website / Warehouse)
Full training will be provided on site.
Full-time - Permanent role, working Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm.
Salary to be discussed at interview – dependent on experience.
Job based CM2 - Chelmsford only.
