15 Hours Per Week | £20,000 pro rata Per Annum

The Opportunity
As our Customer Services Assistant you will:
Respond to email and telephone enquiries
Log all enquiries on a CRM system
Actively manage a patient database
Prepare self-pay quotations
Liaise with consultants and secretaries
Assist with arranging and organising events
Promote the hospital and its services to external stakeholders
The Person
To succeed as a Customer Services Assistant, you will need:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good sales and negotiation skills
Positive problem-solving skills
Proficient in social media and an understanding of CRM
