We are looking to recruit a full time chef for a traditional country pub near canterbury. Our traditional pub menu is built using locally sourced ingredients.Responsibilities:Cook and prepare food according to customers' needs and preferences.Knowledge of food preparation techniques, Food safety & allegen information.Prepare food in a timely manner.Be able to explain food items to waiting staff and customers if needed.The ideal candidate must be reliable. Must have a full driving licence and have access to a car due to location.Must be Clean & of smart appearance.full uniform provided, weekly pay. Live in option is available (all bill included)Great rates of pay to be discussed at interview.
