We are a fast growing IT Support and Managed Services provider based in Bishop’s Stortford and require a Customer care Assistant to help support our busy Service Desk. This is a fast paced environment and candidates with a 9-5 mentality will not be suitable:-
Skills
You will need experience of working in a customer services environment and have excellent telephone skills and customer empathy, as well as the likeability factor.
You must have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels, and be able to interact with our Service Desk team to ensure that they are delivering an excellent service at all times. You will need to be passionate about customer care with the ability to handle occasional challenging customer conversations, but always willing to go the extra mile. The ability to prioritise under pressure is a must.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate information on customer incident status, ensuring any incident closure is to the satisfaction of the end user and within published SLAs, and report exceptions to internal Management and Account Management.
