We are looking for a full time Customer Services Assistant to help our existing team to deliver the best possible customer service. You will be based at our head office in Hayle and will be required to work five days a week with some Saturday working.

Responsibilities will include

  • Responding (in writing and verbally) to feedback and online reviews
  • Resolving any problems which may arise
  • Assisting with the operational side of managing holiday properties
  • Other administrative duties including collating information and liaising with owners, housekeepers and trades

Desired Skills

  • Customer services and complaint handling experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Confident working without supervision
  • Experience of organising property maintenance would be an advantage
