The role is Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch-break. If you wish to work weekends, we can also discuss this as an option.
Please note this is a remote role, so you must be comfortable working from home & have your own high quality internet connection & desk. Computer equipment will be provided by the company.
The responsibilities of the CS Advisor role include:
- Provide excellent customer service, answering omnichannel queries in a friendly & professional manner
- Take ownership of customer problems and be proactive in achieving solutions
- Liaise with internal and external contacts for shipment enquiries
- Respond to customers promptly and within service level targets
- Develop finger-tip knowledge of internal and external processes
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
- Accurate data entry and keeping systems updated
- Willing to undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required
In return for the right candidate, we can offer a generous salary £25,000 and 25-days annual leave + Bank Holidays off. You will also receive full training and support from a team of amazing people.
