We are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join our busy and multi-functional Customer Services department to provide excellent administrative service.
Duties will include:
- Contacting customers by telephone and in writing to clarify outstanding issues relating to case registration forms.
- Inputting customer details and case data into the computer using in-house system
- Preparation and despatch of automated standard form letters
- Provide reception cover by answering the switchboard and dealing with external and internal visitors.
This is a busy and varied role that would suit a highly organised and flexible individual who is used to completing tasks of varying priorities to strict deadlines. The ability to copy type with a high level of accuracy and handle a range of tasks is essential. You will also be computer literate including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
This role requires good concentration, meticulous attention to detail, and accurate record keeping as well as the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms.
