We are looking for a Customer Service & telesales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients where needed, mainly they will be contactinf our clients to obtain deltails of how many people need a space on the courses we are selling. You must be an ambitious self starter keen to create a successful acreer.This isnt a hard sell job but you do need to make calls and take notes and update the CRM with information. You will provided general support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, extremely friendly people people to get the best out of our customers and have a strong attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a friendly sustomer service sales field. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients, checking in and being friendily
- Maximise the number of people signing up for our courses
- Use CRM/System to maximise interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Salary: £21,154.00-£22,529.00 per year
