We are looking for new talented, enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Representatives to help with various administrative tasks including answering enquiries and forwarding information.
The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for ensuring our customers receive a positive experience when contacting our company.
No experience is required although our clients welcome candidates with any previous experience in the following areas: customer service, sales representative, marketing supervisor, sales executive, direct sales, field sales, marketing executive, retail, call centre, marketing representative, manager, receptionist, or any other customer service or sales roles.
In this role you will be responsible for representing the client's brand with the utmost professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives.
