Job description
We have an opening at George Barclay – England, a luxurious dog bedding and accessories company based in West Grinstead, Salisbury.
The role will be office based, performing general order administration and customer service duties for both our retail and trade customers. Typical tasks will include:
- Respond to customer queries received via email & telephone.
- Generating new B2B business and following up new enquiries.
- Provide customer service and pre-sales advice to our retail customers.
- Process trade orders and have regular contact with our retailers.
- Produce monthly customer care logs/reports.
The successful candidate should:
- Have a confident, polite telephone manner.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
- Be enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Have an organised approach to their daily Tasks.
