Position: Administrator (Customer Service)
Salary: £21,000-£25,000 (Part-Time)
Location: Bradford, BD6
Our client is a family run, long established print company based in Bradford BD6, looking for an experienced Account Executive to support the ongoing management of their clients, ensuring work is consistently communicated, quoted and tendered in a timely and professional manner.
To succeed in this role, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to customer satisfaction, and passionate about service delivery.
Flexible part-time hours, 16-20 per week.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
· Manage client base ensuring orders are processed in a timely manner
· Report and communicate with client on their order status
· Handle incoming enquiries
· Provide order updates
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure jobs remain on track
· Arrange delivery and safe arrival of all orders
· Report internally on customer accounts and spend
· Increase customer base
EXPERIENCE:
· Experience of managing customers is an advantage
· Competent in the use of computers and software’s
· A keen eye for detail
· Professional and approachable manner
