ALL LED is looking for an enthusiastic individual with an open mind able to push boundaries to help our customers. Preferably we would like someone from the lighting or wholesaler industry. However, we welcome all candidates.
Our customer service representatives are the voice of the company the first person to speak to our customers. Daily the candidate will be expected to Process orders and quotations. Speak to customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
The candidate will need to be proficient in basic word packages and have a professional verbal and written manner. We are remarkably busy, and every day is a rush to process all orders before cut off. So, the right person needs to be calm and be very accurate with their work. We expect all our customer services representatives to learn basic technical knowledge about the products.
We will provide training and help expand your knowledge of our products. We do this in the mornings or sometimes after work.
About the company:
We have been going for 9 years. The company has moved 24 months ago from Ruislip to Luton. A Lot of our staff came with us and still remain with the company today.
We also have award winning product which was award to us by professional electrician.
Our staff has doubled since we have move and the sales are increasing every day. We have parking on site which is available to all staff but there are limited amount spaces. There is roadside parking.
We have Staff Members from all over we are a very diverse company and are proud of all our staff members.
Working Hours - 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday
Salary - £20,000 to £28,000
