
Customer Service Representative – remote and hybrid opportunities available Reigate, England
Job description
- First point of contact for customers via the dialler system taking inbound and outbound calls.
- Work with customers to identify a suitable repayment plan
- Listen to, demonstrate an understanding and empathise with customers to generate a fair outcome
- Build a rapport with customers to create a positive customer experience.
- Become familiar with Intrum’s customer interface and call handling procedures
- Provide guidance to customers on the availability and services of the free debt advice sector
- Take ownership of any follow-up work to ensure the customer is not disadvantaged
- Ensure key performance indicators are met for call quality and compliance
- Adhere to all compliance regulations and security procedures
- A very competitive starting salary of £23,000.00 with OTE up to £27,600.00 (bonus paid monthly, subject to performance)

- Fluent in English, with good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all times
- Proficient using the internet, email and MS Office programmes
