We are Intrum UK – an award-winning, industry-leading credit management and financial services provider. Due to substantial business growth, we are seeking several new customer service representatives to join our team in our Reigate, Surrey office on 7 August.
Our customer service representatives are a much-valued position within the company. They are the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in providing the help, support and empathy needed to achieve the best outcome.

About the Role:
First point of contact for customers via the dialler system taking inbound and outbound calls.
Work with customers to identify a suitable repayment plan
Listen to, demonstrate an understanding and empathise with customers to generate a fair outcome
Build a rapport with customers to create a positive customer experience.
Become familiar with Intrum’s customer interface and call handling procedures
Provide guidance to customers on the availability and services of the free debt advice sector
Take ownership of any follow-up work to ensure the customer is not disadvantaged
Ensure key performance indicators are met for call quality and compliance
Adhere to all compliance regulations and security procedures

A very competitive starting salary of £23,000.00 with OTE up to £27,600.00 (bonus paid monthly, subject to performance)

A self-starter with the drive and passion to develop the best outcomes for our customers
Attention to detail with the ability to emphasise under pressure
Fluent in English, with good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all times
Proficient using the internet, email and MS Office programmes

We like to keep things simple, while at the same time ensuring the fit is right for you.
You will receive a call from one of our talent team to find out a bit more about you. They will also provide you with an introduction to Intrum and the opportunity for you to ask questions
If we feel there is a good match, we will invite you to a video interview. This is a one-stage interview process, comprising a competency based meeting with your prospective line manager
Our talent team will then be back in contact with you, usually within 24 hours, to gather your thoughts and provide feedback. Successful applicants can also expect to receive a job offer at this stage
