Position Summary

At our Milton Keynes production facility we are looking to recruit a skilled Customer Services Representative to work closley with our Sales Company and valued customers. The role holder will be responsible for providing high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring all day the day activities within Customer Experience team are completed on time and in full.

We are a customer focused business that work closley with only a small number of high tech multi-national customers. This means that relationship building and clear timely communication is critical for the role holder. They will also need to be able to deputise for the Location Customer Experience Manager when required.

The role holder will need be an effective communicator with excellent Excel skills. Ideally they will have experience in dealing with multi-national customers in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments and Sales Company to deliver to our customer on time and to resolve any queries
• Manage and maintain the order book to ensure information is correct and understood by the business
• Represent the voice of the customer during our daily operation (RTB) and internal planning meetings
• Manage and coordinate activities surrounding the customer delivery
• Support action plans relating to delivery improvements
• Respond to customer questions through the ticketing system
• Perform OTIF related administration relating to the operating system/customer portal as required
• Support containment activities and linked resolution activities
• Actively participate in High Performing Team's (HPT) i.e., continuous improvement activities
• Ability to deputise for the Location Customer Experience manager when required.
