Our business has gone from strength to strength and is now a well known household name within the commercial vehicle market.

Our company is looking for a highly motivated Live Chat Agent to join our customer support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries or need assistance with our products or services. You will need to be able to communicate effectively, multitask, and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

All training is to be conducted onsite in the Guildford office which will also be your place of work. We occupy a newly furnished, tech heavy office which is conveniently located opposite Guildford Train Station.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via our live chat platform.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
  • Assist customers with any issues they may have, including technical support.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate team members.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work with other team members to identify and implement best practices for customer service.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Overtime available too

£22,000.00 Basic Salary.

Lots of room for professional progression and development into renewals and sales departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year
