Salary + Bonus
Salary:£22,672 + Attendance bonus paid £300 each quarter (95% attendance) £23,872
Bonus:
Attendance Bonus: £300 per quarter
Upselling Bonus (No Sales targets/pressure) – £200 average
Equating to a potential £26,000 salary
Working Hours:
Rotational Shift Pattern – 2 weeks
Week 1 - Monday to Friday – 9am until 5.30pm
Week 2 – Monday to Friday – 8.30am until 5.00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to maintain and support performance across the campaign
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Find resolutions to customer issues
- Promote the business in a professional manner
- Provide great customer service
- Take ownership for each call and reach the best possible outcome for the customer
