Customer Service Representative
Vanquish Fitness are recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and hardworking team located in Enfield.
At Vanquish Fitness we are dedicated to providing our customers with First-Class service. You will be the voice for our customers so a compassionate and understanding nature is a must.
We are looking for the perfect candidate to join our team and maintain the standards our customers deserve. This will be achieved by proactively aiming to 'Be Better Than Yesterday' and promoting this company value in everyday scenarios.
We will count on you to be confident in the following:
- You will be able to provide First Class customer care via Zendesk, Social Media (Instagram & Facebook) as well as our Live chat or similar platforms.
- Be able to provide the best service by using your own initiative and seeking quick resolutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner by email or live chat whilst providing a friendly, precise and professional service.
- Liaise with couriers to query any issues or delays.
- Actively help the team create solutions for recurring queries or complaints.
- Ensure Vanquish policies and procedures are adhered to within your working day.
The perfect candidate will have the following:
- Exceptional Customer Service experience
- Computer Literate (Microsoft and Gmail knowledge)
- Ideally familiar with Zendesk, Shopify and Social Media or similar platforms
- Fluent in English within speaking, reading and writing.
- The ability to work under pressure efficiently by having a flexible and adaptable attitude within a fast changing environment
- An effective team player with a can-do attitude
Permanent position offered subject to successful 3 month probation period.

Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
Occasional overtime hours and weekends may be required during promotional times throughout the year.
