Strawberry & Co are looking for a new team member to join our small and friendly team, providing beautiful, all-inclusive co-living to young professionals in Ashford.
Our new housekeeper will be responsible for the cleaning and household maintenance of our portfolio of co-living houses and associated buildings, carrying out a variety of tasks as required to ensure pro-active maintenance of our properties and fulfilment of in-house services to our housemates. Reporting to and assisting our House Manager (Portfolio) they will work within our brand strategy and company values to deliver our high quality co-living product.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- To implement a housekeeping schedule
- Clean and maintain household equipment
- Pro-actively maintain the quality of our properties
- Deliver in-house services, including check-in and check-out inventories
The successful person will:
- Love cleaning and organising!
- Be self-motivated and take pride in their work
- Have energy and enthusiasm
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to plan and execute a housekeeping schedule
- Be fluent in smart phone technology and apps
- Be a friendly team player, with a collaborative approach, able to assist across departments and outside of specified responsibilities when necessary.
- Be clean and well presented at all times.
- Driver with own vehicle preferred.

You'll work 25 hours, Monday to Friday during office hours. Ideally you'll be time flexible and able to work additional hours if required, usually during office hours but occasionally for evening or weekend appointments, and to help cover annual leave when necessary.
Salary starts at £18,278 (pro rata) dependant on experience. Formal experience is helpful but not necessary. We welcome the opportunity to talk to any individuals that can demonstrate they fulfil the criteria for the role.
