Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
· Provide accurate and relevant information regarding our products or services to customers.
· Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and concerns, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.
· Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with precision and efficiency.
· Maintain customer records and update databases with current information.
· Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide effective solutions.
· Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements to internal processes.
· Strive to achieve individual and team performance targets, meeting or exceeding set goals.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
· Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse customers.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
· Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and other relevant tools.
· Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
