About the Role:
IT Services are responsible for all aspects of information-technology support and delivery across our University, providing a first-class experience to our students, staff, and other stakeholders as they pursue their studies and work both on-campus and beyond.
This is your opportunity to join our IT support team, delivering a wide range of IT support to our customers and is knowledgeable in triaging incidents and service requests and providing, if necessary, a point of escalation within our team for complex queries.
You will have a degree or be part-qualified in a professional qualification or have an appropriate level of experience. You will have good communication skills and a customer-orientated outlook. As well as a knowledge of a broad range of desktop applications and software tools is essential. Experience of working with computer systems in a corporate environment would be advantageous.
This position will follow either one of our standard shift patterns (to be agreed with successful candidate):
- 7.45am – 4.00pm on weekdays.
- 8.45am – 5.00pm on weekdays.
Our teamwork in an agile manner with a balance of onsite/offsite working.
