Job description
We are looking for licensed drivers to join our International team to help with the shuttling and coordinating of our international program! Do you love a resort setting and interacting with people from various cultures? This is the job for you!
What is the international program?
Every Summer and Winter we host a variety of international workers that come to Cragun's for a one of a kind experience! On a work and travel visa, the students come to America to learn about the American culture and get on the job experience! Cragun's is required to provide cultural trips and FUN for these students. We need kind and friendly shuttle drivers to help add to this program.
Essential Duties:
- Coordinate weekly grocery runs and international cultural trips with the HR team
- SAFELY get the internationals to and from those destinations
- Think of fun trips and activities that the team can go on
- Flexibility is a must - this will include early evenings and some weekend work
- A valid driver's license with a CLEAR driving record is required (ability to drive an 11 passenger van)
- Passionate about people and creating memorable experiences
- Passionate about the American and Minnesotan culture and sharing it with others
- Effective communication is a must!
