Customer Service Representative
We're seeking hardworking, customer-focused, and enthusiastic people to join our customer service teams, helping our policyholders with their insurance across live chat, social channels, and on the phone. This role is remote, but you may need to attend meetings with your team – so need to live within a 50-mile radius of Colchester to be suitable for this position.
As a Customer Service Representative you must be:
· IT proficient with good keyboard skills.
· Happy and confident to talk to customers on the phone.
· Able to stay calm when dealing with difficult situations.
· Able to work without supervision and maintain high standards.
Our customer service teams work hard to answer various questions from our customers, so you must be confident and happy chatting with customers on the phone, building rapport, and providing knowledgeable answers. You need to be willing to learn all about insurance, our products, and use multiple IT systems.
Recruitment process
Complete a short questionnaire to make sure the role is suitable, then you will be invited to complete a short test online. After that, book into our assessment center and come and meet the team, find out about iGO4 and attend an interview telling us why you want to join.
Once you complete our comprehensive training, you'll join our Graduation Bay and receive on-the-job support while you continue to learn. Taking inbound calls, you'll support our existing customers with their queries and help new customers with their buying journey.
Given the nature of this position, we have had success from customer service, client services and contact center professionals who have progressed up within the Igo4 team.
The successful customer service representative can expect:
· Starting salary between £20,000 and £22,000 depending on experience
· Potential salary of up to £26,000 based on your progression.
