The Job: HR Coordinator

Location: London - Hybrid working once up to speed

Salary: £30,000 -35,000 per annum

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Carry out a full range of administrative and coordination duties in the recruitment cycle including; documents, maintaining the inbox, tracker spreadsheet, posting jobs, monitoring application processes, scheduling interviews, liaising with managers and managing candidates experience
  • Full on-boarding and induction, probation processes and offboarding
  • Assisting with administration and coordination in relation to performance management and the performance and development review programme
  • Assisting with the preparation of L&D initiatives and the annual Training Needs Analysis
  • HR Database and reporting duties

What is the company looking for?

  • 3+ years in generalist HR positions
  • Ideally creative industry experience
  • UK experience + understanding of UK Laws and Regulation
  • CIPD qualified/Degree would be beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
  • First class interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships at all levels.
  • Competent in MS Office packages
