Our close-knit team of around 70 people operate across our 3 UK wind tunnels (Basingstoke, Milton Keynes and Manchester) in a variety of exciting and hands-on roles.
As well as putting huge smiles on the faces of thousands of people every week with our world-class flight experiences, we also provide services to others around the world - ranging from full management, training and consultancy.

Duties & responsibilities - Receptionists have possibly the most important role of them all... is the Director of first impressions!
They are there to meet, greet, and look after our customers, take bookings using our online booking system, sell merchandise including photos and videos and generally be the welcoming face of the business.
Personality, skills and experience – We are looking for candidates that have retail or leisure experience and fantastic customer service skills. You will be outgoing and friendly, with the ability to work in a busy environment whilst maintaining complete control and a smile.
We are looking for an individual to take ownership of each flyer’s experience from the minute they enter the venue to the minute they leave!
A successful candidate will have:
- A friendly disposition and a ‘can-do" attitude
- Great customer service skills
- Retail or leisure experience
- Knowledge of a cash sales system
- Computer literacy skills and the ability to learn systems (such as a booking system)
- Terrific multi-tasking skills
- The ability and confidence to proactively work individually, as well as part of a busy team
This role will involve working on weekends and school holidays.
