RR Jewellers are an NAJ approved independant family owned Jeweller based in the North East, with two location in North Yorkshire and Newcastle Upon Tyne. We pride ourselves on offering the best products at the best price, from Luxury Diamonds to Swiss Watches, bespoke creations and beautiful gemstones.
Our concession located within Fenwick is looking for two part-time enthusiastic, hardworking sales assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service, an eye for detail and an interest in jewellery and luxury goods, as well as a basic understanding of the retail industry. This is a great opportunity to build your administrative and customer service skills while working in a fun, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have retail experience and if possible Jewellery / luxury goods experience would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers service at the concession.
- Have knowledge about most of the products.
- Recommend customers new products with good quality and reasonable prices.
- Organise the store to make it more appealing for customers.
Along with the basic salary there is an excellent commission package.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £10.00-£10.50 per hour
