Job Title: Teacher
Duties:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods such as tests, quizzes, and projects
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their growth and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to enhance teaching effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Teaching certification or license
- Strong knowledge of the subject area(s) being taught
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in the learning process
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse student populations
- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan and manage lessons
