Job Description: Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Respond to all customer queries via email and Instagram in a timely manner with understanding, attentiveness and a solution (through Gorgias)
- Manage short orders by liaising between the customer and warehouse to resolve orders that are short on stock
- Manage a weekly customer service report
- Working closely with the design & technical teams relaying relevant product and customer feedback
- Populate claim forms for any orders that are lost or damaged in transit
- Action refunds to customers in a timely manner
- Regularly liaise with the warehouse team to ensure orders are send promptly, smoothly and any problems are resolved quickly.
- Working closely with the E-commerce manager to feed back customer satisfaction, comments and ways to improve the customer’s post purchase journey
- Assisting the E-commerce Manager during busy periods
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience (experience within the fashion industry or retail environment is preferred but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Experience with Shopify and Gorgias preferred but not essential as training can be provided
