Contract - Permanent
Salary - £21,500 per annum
Hours - 37.5 hours a week,
Training – Paid & Provided (Initial 6 weeks)
Shifts - Various covering Monday – Sunday, 8am – 8pm
Site - Office-based at our site at Leeds City Office Park

Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and webchat
- Identify opportunities to promote local residents discount
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Help shape our culture by demonstrating our core values
- Attend training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and performance
You need these skills to be a great Customer Service Representative:
- A desire to deliver great customer service
- An empathetic approach to customers in difficult situations
- Being able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- A clear understanding of what good service looks like
- You will need to demonstrate a positive telephone manner
