Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for representing a company's brand and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with us. We are looking for candidates who are innovative and driven and who can take direction well.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update CRM
- Correspond with customers on platforms across email, whatsapp and apps
- Provide customer service by answering questions and requests.
- Work under pressure.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Provide customers with detailed information using a variety of communication methods.
- Listen to and interpret the needs of customers and make appropriate suggestions about the products and services being purchased.
- Interest and maintain a positive attitude to customers.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
