Holyhead Marine is one of the UK's leading commercial and military boat builders. We are seeking a talented and driven Graduate Project Manager to join our team

As a Graduate Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various projects related to military and commercial boat construction and refit. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, production, and procurement, you will ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of exciting and diverse projects.

Responsibilities :

• Creating detailed 3D models and 2D drawings, for a wide range of products from small components to whole vessel systems.
• Producing drawings in accordance with BS8888 Drawing standards.
• Carrying out design tasks for mechanical, electrical and fluid systems.
• Producing technical reports, specifications, bills of materials, etc.
• Maintaining drawing management system.
• Attending sea trials to verify design solutions.
• Liaise with clients and external vendors to ensure project requirements are understood and executed accurately.
• Creating data for a CNC router and CNC press brake.

You must be experienced in using:

• Autodesk AutoCAD
• Rhino 3D
• Microsoft Office applications

The ideal applicant will have a Marine Engineering or Engineering Design related degree and be able to demonstrate their competence in using CAD applications such as AutoCAD and Rhino. We would also be interested in applications from candidates with Design Engineering qualifications who have an interest in marine engineering and are also able to demonstrate their ability in using CAD applications.

Salary: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
