About the Role
The role of a Customer Support Advisor will encompass a range of key customer service activities providing support to partners across a range of products.
Your day will consist of a variety of tasks including:
Order placing
Management of in-life changes
Responding to customer contacts through a wide array of communication methods.
An important part of the role is collaborating with different teams, including sales, sales support, project management, and operational teams. You will also liaise with the external suppliers for pricing and support where needed.

- You will have excellent IT Skills, as well as a familiarity with general customer service handling & CRM systems.

- You will be responsive to change, operating within a fast-paced environment
- You will be a confident self-starter able to manage and organise your work autonomously.
- You’ll have a strong eye for detail, taking pride in tasks being completed both efficiently and effectively.
