SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator/Order Processor on a full-time basis to cover a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, this will be based with one of their clients in Colwick.
The role will be in the perfect location for candidates living in Colwick, Burton Joyce, Carlton, Radcliff on Trent and the surrounding areas.
You must have strong organisational skills, have the ability to work in a fast paced time critical environment managing customer order projects.
Responsibilities Include:
- Process connections on behalf of the business partners via the partner gateway/systems.
- Complete connections accurately and efficiently, either online, over the phone or via email.
- To check the orders received from business partners, for accuracy and feedback / decline when appropriate.
- Review all paperwork received for accurate pricing, contract tenure and key data required in line with the appropriate network compliance guidelines.
- Maintain regular engagement with the various support teams in place, ensuring the company receive the appropriate support for the partners.
- Manage the mailbox /ticket workflow, replying in a timely manner to any query or order request email/ticket received.
- Make outbound calls to partners to keep them updated on order/query progress, in addition to taking inbound calls maintaining a professional manner.
- Maintain regular outbound engagement with all partners within our base that sell the company products and services to ensure they are fully up to speed and understand any briefings cascaded.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of products and services to ensure you can support with small order requests in support of Business Managers.
- Work as part of a team, assist colleagues to the best of ability.
- To assist business partners with the company order process, understanding procedures and escalate to Business Management when training is required.
- To escalate any system issues received in a timely manner.
- The successful candidate for this role must have a great telephone manner, be confident to deal with all customers and issues that may arise, have strong IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and have the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Salary - £21,000
Working Hours - 9.00 am - 5.30 pm Monday - Thursday
9.00am - 5.00pm on a Friday
