The Role :

AMS is currently seeking self-motivated individuals for an administration role as a Customer Service & Operations Analyst within a leading UK bank based in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about administration.

  • Full time - 35 hours per week
  • Shifts between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
  • £12.34 per hour

As a Customer Service & Operations Analyst

  • We’ll look to you to deliver successful outcomes for your customers by completing admin duties in an accurate and timely manner
  • You’ll communicate with customers over the phone when necessary
  • You’ll be able to showcase your knowledge and enthusiasm as you deal with a variety of different tasks on a daily basis

In order to excel in this role, you’ll work well in a fast-paced environment and have good organisational skills to deliver to deadlines.

You’ll demonstrate:

  • An awareness of changes in trends, policies and regulations
  • An understanding of mortgages and the financial sector
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to follow a process from start to finish
