Bring on the data! You'll prepare KPI packs for customer reviews and create and maintain agreed customer SLAs, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.

Customer Service Champion – With at least 1 year of experience in a customer service background, you know how to make our customers' day, every day!
Logistics Dynamo – You've got a minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-moving logistics environment. We need someone who can keep up with our pace!
Tech-Savvy – MS Office is your playground, and you're particularly handy with PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel. Data wrangling, no problem!
Attention to Detail – You're all about dotting the i's and crossing the t's. High-quality communication is your middle name!
Customer-Facing Extraordinaire – Comfortable and confident in customer interactions, you're the shining face of Uniserve!
