We’re based within White Cross business park in Lancaster City centre, but our operational support spans the whole of the UK and beyond… Our expertise covers the laws surrounding Employment and Self-Employment and our workforce engagement options keep contractors, recruitment agencies and end clients compliant.
We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team and help shape, grow, and manage our customer service offering. You’ll have a solid understanding of what customer service is and you’ll have been in a similar role for at least two years. An understanding of the recruitment and/or payroll industries will be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Honesty and transparency are at the heart of our operation… and our Customer Service team are responsible for day-to-day management of all client interaction. You’ll report direct to the Managing Director and will work closely with our Payroll Manager to ensure an industry leading customer experience.

Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year
