Customer Service Team Leader

Join our clients successful Financial Services company as a hands-on Team Leader for their small, in-house Customer Services Team. They are currently seeking a full-time candidate to work from our Head Office in Haydock. As the Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in providing day-to-day administration, addressing investor and financial adviser queries, and facilitating regular communications.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Team Leader:
- Lead a small team, providing hands-on guidance and support for day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for investor and financial adviser inquiries, both over the phone and via email.
- Manage and maintain our back office systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative processes.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep investors and financial advisers informed of relevant updates and changes.
- Foster positive relationships with investors and financial advisers, building rapport and trust through excellent communication and service delivery.
The successful Customer Service Team Leader will have:
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) to efficiently handle data and correspondence.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and independently.
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow within the company.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- While specific financial services experience is not required, it may be advantageous.
