Meraki Talent is working with one of the UK’s leading Financial Services organisations to appoint a Customer Service Executive to their life insurance team on a full-time, permanent basis. This opportunity offers a starting salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission and the opportunity for career progression within your first year.

*It is important to note that monthly tagets are achievable with a high number of consultants surpassing expectations*

The purpose of the Customer Service Executive is to guide customers on insurance options, selling products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Other responsibilities include:
  • Engaging with customers daily to educate them on the importance of protection. This is not a hard sale
  • Managing daily leads
  • Prioritising workload
  • Adhering to compliance requirements
  • Accurately recording customer details
  • Actively seeking out knowledge to stay up to date on product offerings
  • Ongoing training and a willingness to receive feedback are also important aspects of this role
This opportunity will require you to use effective communication skills, both verbally/written and it is essential that you can manage multiple customers at once.

Experience in life insurance would be beneficial but not essential.
You will possess a strong customer focus along with adherence to company processes and values.
