In this role you will be answering inbound calls on credit card payments and account related requests from our Clients Customers e.g. card activations, payments, and name and address updates for card holders.
Main Duties
Answering incoming telephone calls.
Providing excellent customer services at all times while building and maintain a professional relationship with customers.
Processing card payments.
Logging and processing of complaints.
Raising issues and potential problems with management
Working with other internal teams to provide a streamline experience for customers
Core Skills
Customer service experience (face to face or telephone)
Excellent communication and listening skills
IT literate
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure
Good telephone manor
Customer focused and results orientated
