Location: On site (Slough, 270 Bath Road)
Employment: Full Time, Permanent (Mon – Fri / 9am - 5pm)

What You’ll Do
As a After Sales Coordinator, you’ll be part of our After Sales Customer Service team located in Slough.
You’ll get to:
- Answer a wide variety of end-users queries effectively & efficiently, allowing constant growth, development and understanding of the business
- Log all customer interactions on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce
- Learn about the product portfolios for key brands – DEWALT, Stanley, Black + Decker, Facom, Irwin and Bostitch
- Be crossed trained between the Phone & Digital team within After Sales, to allow effective communication with end-users on both platforms
What are we looking for?
- Prior experience in a customer facing / focused role
- A passion for teamwork and collaboration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully build and maintain key relationships with your colleagues and customers
